Outstanding service. They provided a second opinion to what I felt was VW rep trying to scam me. They found that only one of a few issues quoted by VW was actually requiring repair. Very fair. Highly recommended.

Europro gave me a detailed and precise explanation of what was wrong with my car and were able to fix it quickly. They gave me a reasonable rate on the labour and were very friendly with good customer service.

I live 15 hours away from where I keep my car. These guys were excellent. Without having to babysit and walk them through everything, they got my b5 s4 fixed up and running like new. Fair prices and excellent customer relations on the phone with Lindsay. Highly recommended!

I very much appreciated that my car servicing was done at all at my last visit, as at the last moment, it slipped my mind, and I did not show up for my scheduled appointment. Lindsay was kind enough to call, and I was still able to have the servicing done that day. The staff are very professional, giving me an assessment of what the car needs in the way of servicing and repair, and what is of most importance of those items. I do appreciate this type of assessment, and will definitely be a regular customer for my car care needs.

Always impressed with the level of professionalism. I came in with a concern since my most recent visit and not only was the issue explained to me so I could understand, but they made sure that I could afford it and knew the benefit of addressing the issue instead of ignoring it. Would recommend them to anyone.

Finally a company that truly understands the value of service!! I brought my VW in for a 48000 KM appt this week and was very impressed. Thank you Kevin and your team for making me feel that even a regular maintenance appt was as valued as a bigger job.
