We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team to maintain, manage and organize our customer accounts.

The Purpose & Objective of this position:

The Service Advisor role is a prime to the success of our business. The fundamental job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customer’s needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business

Job Responsibilities and Duties


Sales: Sell repairs and service to customers based on their need’s goals and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.


Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person.

Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts under the direction of the Part Manager and Operations Manager when they need an assistant with this task.

Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be: checking out customers, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.


  • Over-seeing operations at ValleyPro Autohouse
  • Statistical analysis of operations
  • Full customer service
  • Liaison between Technicians, Operations Manager, Front end Staff and Owner
  • Maintaining the computer database
  • Estimating
  • Sales
  • Assist Purchasing department when needed

  • 1-year previous Automotive knowledge required
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency
  • 3 years Customer Sales and Service Experience
