Primary:
Sales: Sell repairs and service to customers based on their need’s goals and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
Secondary:
Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person.
Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts under the direction of the Part Manager and Operations Manager when they need an assistant with this task.
Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be: checking out customers, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.

- Over-seeing operations at ValleyPro Autohouse
