Service Advisor/ Manager (Kelowna)

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor or willing to train someone with sales experience to join our busy team to maintain, manage and organize our customer accounts.

Compensation: Base pay based on experience plus a bonus pay structure of up to $15,000

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Over-seeing operations at both locations
  • Statistical analysis of operations
  • Full customer service
  • Liaison between technicians, front end staff and owner
  • Organizing & scheduling technicians
  • Maintaining the computer database

  • Purchasing

Compensation:

Service Advisor training is provided plus a competitive salary. Bonus pay structure of up to $15,000 and room for wage advancement. Benefits include bonus pay structure, extended medical and dental, 3 weeks holidays after 1 year of employment.
