Car wasn't ready to pick up when they said it would be. Before we made the appointment, we informed reception that we could only agree to scheduling for that day if the service could be finished on time. They expressly assured
it would be completed on time. Had to call in to see what the deal was when the shuttle didn't show up on time. By the time the shuttle came and the car was ready, it was an hour later than they'd committed to.

I am dissapointed in the way they handled my car. Left it dirty after the service you have provided. Had nothing good to say about my car but rather that it is a piece of junk Will not be coming back.

Took my van in to have an oil leak checked and while there I mentioned that my a/c compressor was missing the belt and the a/c fan made a terribe noise and asked what would be involved in getting it working. When the itemized bill came I'd been charged $60 for an item that read: A/C - belt missing and fan is noisy. They wouldn't remove the charge so now I repeat this story to every van owner I meet. They are a rip off.
