We've taken our car to the dealer since day one, and since day one, we've had nothing but problems. That's why we were looking for another option. We got our car back from Europro on time, with no issues, at half the price that we were expecting, and extra things noticed and fixed with no hassels. We are very pleased to say the least.

Very pleased with the work we just had done, but extremely pleased with the staff that helped us. Being skeptical when we first brought the car in, due to other work we had done at another auto repair shop. The staff took the time to clearly explain what work needed to be done, and even went over and above and show us all the repairs that needed to be done. It was so nice to finally have such great customer service, we left there feeling assured that the work was done properly. And so happy to have found a automotive shop that we feel will do the job right! We look forward to our next service. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. I'm a new customer. I really like the fact that I was kept in the loop with all the diagnostic work that was needed. So at the end there was no surprises when I picked up the car. All the work was done that I requested. Very courteous staff. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Always a good experience, the staff is wonderful, they only do the work you've requested to do and give you honest feedback on your vehicle. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful automotive shop to take my beetle. Wouldn't take it anywhere else and I strongly recommend Europro to my family and friends.

I didn't have an appointment but dropped in to get the shroud under the motor "fastened back up" as it was hanging down. Lindsay got my vehicle right in and it was fixed in no time!!!

I always get exceptional service here. Lindsay and Kevin are great. While although I don't know much about cars, they make sure my car is in great shape. I trust them to fix my car and they have been for the past 5 years. People can't believe how old my car is because they help maintain it so well!

Europro Autohaus really makes car maintenance easy! I received an email letting me know that Europro noticed I am due for oil maintenance, I gave them call and arranged a time. They made sure I was able to carry out my daily activities while they cared for my car! I always get a phone call before any work is done on my car. And in my experience the staff at Europro are very considerate of my budget and of my safety, so they don't push
unnecessary work and they ensure that I do get the safety concerns addressed in a timely manner. I have absolute peace of mind when this mechanic and will never take my sweet Putt Putt anywhere else!
