I took my Jetta in for an oil change and lube job. I got a call saying that a couple of filters were dirty and I gave them the green light to change the filters. When I went back to puck up my vehicle I noticed that I was charged over $100.00 for a "tune-up" that I hadn't asked for. When I asked about the
charge for the tune-up I was told that replacing the filters was the tune-up. I wasn't really happy with that but I paid the bill anyhow!!!
