I recently purchased a 1997 Volkswagen Jetta - Putt Putt - from Alica Mayne. She has used your service for as long as she has had the car, which gave me great confidence to continue using your service. I love the email feature for confirming appointments and confirming estimates. I enjoy the personal care from the office and the strong communication from staff when the car is being serviced. I have only had one visit so far and overall it was an amazing experience. However, at the end of the visit, my husband discovered a part on the steering wheel had been broken during service,
when he inquired, initially staff were suggesting the part was already loose. This is false. Eventually a staff member admitted to perhaps being a bit rough and perhaps being responsible for the part coming off. I was disappointed to learn that my husband had to stand his ground and press the staff to address this situation appropriately. Thankfully the ladies in the office assured my husband they would find the replacement part and fix the break caused by the shop. Overall my first experience was good and based from Alicia Mayne's high recommendation of your service, I will (with great peace of mind) continue to use your services!

was a great experience. i had recently come into ownership of an old vehicle with unknown history that i had in for inspection. was very happy with outcome and services provided. Staff were very courteous, friendly, informative and communicated wonderfully, although i would have liked to have had some interaction with the mechanic rather then third hand information. also maybe some recommendations or maintenance requirements specific to a vehicle of that model or age. nonetheless. I'll be back!

My Van broke down. All repairs were completed in a timely fashion. My vehicle was reinspected to make sure there were no other mechanical issues. Friendly service.

I supplied my own aftermarket part to be installed on my Porsche 911. It was estimated to be a 1hr job, but it was 1.5hrs. It was a bit more $ than I expected, but understandable since they had never done this job before. I was able to pick up my car when promised, and I was VERY pleased with how the new part worked! By the way, I DID refer another 911 owner to your shop. Thanks again! Andy

As a business patron for three years I would like to thank you for the exceptional service I receive at each transaction. It is a reassuring feeling when I know that experts specialized in the make of my car are doing everything in their power to fix my car at the lowest cost possible. As a university student with not much knowledge about cars I appreciate it when the issue is explained to me. I know I am getting the best value and service while at the same time supporting a local business! I also appreciate the efficiency and good customer service I receive from Europro.
As a commuting university student I depend on my car and knowing that my car will be done in a timely fashion is very important to me. I also appreciate the genuine customer service I receive from your business. Being able to receive invoices for my car by email on my phone is very helpful and efficient. The ability to see an invoice and know what I am exactly paying for ahead of time is great. I also value the personal level you bring to your business by being able to recognize me as I walk through the door with whatever issue arises. Thank you for your continuous patience and understanding! With the exceptional service I receive from Europro, I will always only do my business at one place.

Kevin, I want to express my thanks and appreciation for the work you and your people did on my car in Kelowna. We arrived back in Grand Forks in good time and the car ran great, with no re occurrence of the CEL, so it would seem that your techs found the problem.
By noon yesterday I had become quite frustrated, and was anticipating a nasty bill, a scene and an unsolved problem. What a great surprise when I arrived at your shop to find that, with no comment from myself, you had stuck to your original estimate of costs, (thereby absorbing a considerable amount of your actual cost), and had indeed found the problem! You sacrificed gain and profit, but demonstrated true responsible customer service and integrity.
As a long time member of the Volvo Club of BC, I will make sure that you are recommended to the membership as a reputable and knowledgeable place in Kelowna to have their Volvos looked after.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of Europro Autohaus who helped my wife, Annemarie, with the turbo problem (among other things) that affected the operation of her 2004 Volkswagen Jetta TDI on her trip from Delta to Kelowna.
You were able to adjust your work schedule to service her car so she would be able to return to Delta the next evening. My wife was very impressed with the kind and professional manner that you presented during the very unexpected problems with her car while away from home.
After reviewing the repair order, it is obvious that the mechanics took the extra steps to determine why the turbo malfunctioned rahter just just ordering a new turbo (at a significantly greater expense).
Again, thank you for turning a very stressful, unexpected event into a very satifying conclusion.
