I took my Volvo into Autohaus after some word of mouth recommendations, as well as on line reviews. The service was professional and outstanding. I have never had a technician provide me with a more thorough evaluation of any vehicle. The labour prices are very reasonable and the mechanics are a highly skilled group, plus a couple of front end ladies who are very efficient
and pleasant. There is a reason that Europro Autohaus is popular with its customers. The reason is that they provide outstanding service, in a positive and collegial manner. First rate all the way!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The staff is knowledgeable and the assessment on my car was thorough. I received a printed estimate of the work that my car needed, and in what priority each item of work rated. The staff were able to help me decide which items to have done immediately, and which could safely be postponed for a short time. The service work was then completed promptly, and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.

We've taken our car to the dealer since day one, and since day one, we've had nothing but problems. That's why we were looking for another option. We got our car back from Europro on time, with no issues, at half the price that we were expecting, and extra things noticed and fixed with no hassels. We are very pleased to say the least.

Very pleased with the work we just had done, but extremely pleased with the staff that helped us. Being skeptical when we first brought the car in, due to other work we had done at another auto repair shop. The staff took the time to clearly explain what work needed to be done, and even went over and above and show us all the repairs that needed to be done. It was so nice to finally have such great customer service, we left there feeling assured that the work was done properly. And so happy to have found a automotive shop that we feel will do the job right! We look forward to our next service. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. I'm a new customer. I really like the fact that I was kept in the loop with all the diagnostic work that was needed. So at the end there was no surprises when I picked up the car. All the work was done that I requested. Very courteous staff. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Always a good experience, the staff is wonderful, they only do the work you've requested to do and give you honest feedback on your vehicle. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful automotive shop to take my beetle. Wouldn't take it anywhere else and I strongly recommend Europro to my family and friends.
