I live 15 hours away from where I keep my car. These guys were excellent. Without having to babysit and walk them through everything, they got my b5 s4 fixed up and running like new. Fair prices and excellent customer relations on the phone with Lindsay. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and clear explanation on vehicle status - thank you for being great to deal with. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a car wash. We will be back for sure - Thanks again!

I very much appreciated that my car servicing was done at all at my last visit, as at the last moment, it slipped my mind, and I did not show up for my scheduled appointment. Lindsay was kind enough to call, and I was still able to have the servicing done that day. The staff are very professional, giving me an assessment of what the car needs in the way of servicing and repair, and what is of most importance of those items. I do appreciate this type of assessment, and will definitely be a regular customer for my car care needs.

Always impressed with the level of professionalism. I came in with a concern since my most recent visit and not only was the issue explained to me so I could understand, but they made sure that I could afford it and knew the benefit of addressing the issue instead of ignoring it. Finally a company that truly understands the value of service!! I brought my VW in for a 48000 KM appt this week and was very impressed. The people at EuroPro are friendly knowledgable and very helpful. They are upfront and helped me to determine what was essential to be fixed and what could be fixed down the road. I have had more bad experiences than good ones in the recent past when it comes to mechanics and dishonesty and The folks at Europro provided a refreshing change.
