Kevin and Sheila were prompt, efficient and informative. The diagnostics I'd requested today came with an unexpected simple repair of my drivers side window, nice. Kevin later emailed me a detailed quote which I've used to determine what things I can fix myself, and what things I need their expertise for. Hello, It's been quite some time since I was last in at Europro. I was quite happy to find that there was a nice Passat wagon available for my use while my car was worked on. This certainly made the whole experience a lot easier. Its good and certainly not surprising to see that business is good, but it is quite the change from when Kevin used to drive me back to work so my car could be in the shop for the day. Also not surprising is there are a lot more new faces at the shop. Its a little disappointing to not see or talk to Kevin anymore when coming or going, after all he is the reason Europro is the one shop I've used for the past 6-7 years besides an out of town emergency. That personal element was very strong before and Kev used to always give me a discount for referring my friends and co-workers to the shop.

First time customer, truly great service, with clear and concise inspection review; as a VW aficionado it is clear they know their stuff inside and out as they found exactly what I knew needed tending. After returning from AB where I had a trusted independent VW mechanic, it is a great relief to have found another trusted establishment I can rely upon here in the Valley. I receive such great service from all the people at Europro. Smiling faces in the office and a ride to work after I drop off my car. As always, the commitment to customer service is incredible. I love calling Lindsey up and asking when I can bring in my little diesal Jetta! Who gets excited to bring in their car to the mechanic? I do because of the amazing treatment I get from staff. I was able to drop off my car, and Lindsey was able to call me later to inform me of what the problem was, what needed work now, and what could wait for later. I love how Europro Autohaus is mindful of safety! Thank you again for your amazing level of communication and friendly service! If you own a German car, this is the mechanic for you!
